Which voice assistants and apps can control the system?

One app and the voice assistant you already use, rather than a different app per device. It runs on the same Zigbee and Matter system as the other five subsystems, so voice & app control responds to the same scenes, schedules and voice commands as everything else in the house.

Does it keep working without internet?

Most of the system keeps working when the internet drops. Only remote control from outside the house stops until the connection is back.

Can it be added to a house that is already finished?

Yes. Tekovate retrofits existing homes in Melaka without hacking walls, and a small job can be completed within a day depending on site conditions. In a new build it can go in before wiring, before plastering, or after handover.

What does the installation involve?

A site visit first, then a design and quotation within 2-3 days at no charge. Installation runs about a week on site with a team of around three, followed by testing, a live demonstration and a walkthrough of every automation that was set up. Everything is covered by a 2-year warranty.
