Homes Scope Enterprise, trading as Tekovate (“Tekovate”, “we”, “our”, “us”), is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your personal data when you use this website or request a design and quotation from us.

This policy is written in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and quote your project:

• Contact details you give us in the quotation form — your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number
• What you tell us about your property — for example the property type, the rooms involved, and which parts of the home you want automated
• Technical data collected automatically — your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted the form from, and the pages you visit on this site
• Cookies and similar technologies used for website analytics and advertising measurement (see section 4)

We do not collect payment card details, bank details or identity document numbers through this website. Quotations are discussed and settled directly with you, not through this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is used only for legitimate business purposes, namely:

• Replying to your enquiry and arranging a site visit
• Preparing your design and quotation
• Following up on a quotation you have already received
• Keeping our own records of enquiries and work carried out
• Measuring which pages and advertisements bring genuine enquiries, so we spend less on advertising that does not work

Tekovate does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list without your knowledge.

3. Who Has Access to Your Information

Your enquiry is handled by a small number of parties, each for a specific and necessary purpose:

• Tekovate staff responsible for sales and installation
• Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where enquiries are recorded and tracked
• Pillar Solutions (Pillar360 Sdn Bhd), the provider that built and maintains this website. The enquiry form runs on infrastructure operated by Pillar Solutions, and a copy of each enquiry notification is sent to them so that form failures and lost enquiries can be detected and fixed
• Our website hosting and email delivery providers, which process the data only in order to transmit and store it
• Meta and Google, which receive website analytics and advertising measurement data as described in section 4

These parties are given access only to the data reasonably necessary to perform their function, and are required to handle it in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the results of our advertising. This may include tools provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and by Google.

These tools tell us things such as how many people viewed a page and how many submitted the quotation form. They may also allow us to show our advertisements to people who have visited this website before.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust advertising preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using this website or submitting an enquiry.

5. Data Protection

We treat your personal data as confidential and apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need it in order to respond to your enquiry or carry out the work.

Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of data that is inaccurate or out of date
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted, or ask us to stop processing your data for a particular purpose
• Ask us to delete your enquiry and the personal data attached to it

Requests can be made using the contact details in section 9. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some data may be retained where the law requires it.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for — to answer your enquiry, to carry out and warrant the work, and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are removed once they are no longer of use.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date it took effect is shown at the bottom. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
