When should you bring in a smart-home installer for a new build?

Before wiring, before plastering, or after handover all work. Earlier simply leaves more options open.

What changes at each stage?

Before wiring is the widest window, because circuits can still be planned around the automation rather than adapted to it. Before plastering still allows cabling to be concealed. After handover the house is treated as a retrofit, which Tekovate does without hacking walls. All three windows exist on every Malaysian build; they differ in how much can be invisible.

Does the builder need to be involved?

Not as a separate party. Homes Scope Enterprise covers the construction, renovation and electrical work as well as the smart system, so the coordination happens inside one company. That is how Tekovate runs projects across Malaysia.
